Army Headgear Spawn Table

As the Army suffered attrition, soldiers were hastily formed into new units. These units came from different parts of the Army with different specialities, uniforms, headgear, and so on. As a result of the speed of forming these new units, headgear was unable to be standardized. The revised loot table reflects the differing types of headgear that a soldier may be found wearing.
