Police Zombie Magazines

Dead Police Officer zombies currently give two types of weapon magazine loot, which really doesn't align with the different police weapons they use. The two weapon magazines they give out are for sniper rifles. Ignored are the standard issue handgun and submachinegun magazines. This has been changed to four different weapon magazines to account for the standard issue weapons, while leaving the loot table chances unchanged.
