Water Contamination

Sakhal scientists theorized the zombie disease spreads via water. They passed their theories to Livonia and Chernarus leaders. With this new information, Livonia leaders decided to install river water purification towers. Due to swift river currents, these towers require constant maintenance. Military boats were predominantly used in this effort as civilian boats were unable to be found in any serious quantities. Sometimes an abandoned boat can be found near one of these water purification towers.
